Chamomile Flower (Matricaria chamomilla), Marshmallow Root (Althaea officinalis), Fennel Seed (Foeniculum vulgare), Meadowsweet Herb (Filipendula ulmaria), Peach Leaf (Prunus persica), Catnip Leaf (Nepeta cataria), Spearmint Leaf (Mentha spicata), Star Anise (Illicium verum)

Directions:

Steep ½–1 tsp per cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
